Putting Things Right – Voicing your Concerns

All staff at Dulais Valley Primary Care Centre make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends the practice.

We are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, and are keen to engage with service users that feel they have not received the high standards you expect.

If you have feedback to give the practice, you can do so by contacting us via telephone, visiting reception, in writing or via AskMyGP. There is also a feedback form on the website that you can use to submit your feedback, positive or negative.

If you feel that your matter requires formal investigation, a copy of the practice complaints leaflet can be found here. You can also submit your concerns in writing to the following address:
