A new resource is now available to help you maintain good sleep health.

25% of a survery of 2,000 adults say sleep affected their mental health.

The National Sleep Helpline is run by a team of specialist trained sleep advisors. They will be able to discuss your circumstances without judgement and offer practical advice on getting the most out of your sleep schedule, and to help you understand the effects of sleep on your wellbeing.

This service is not just intended for adults. Up to 50% of children will have a sleep issue at some point, with some being unable to sleep in their own bed. The National Sleep Helpline can offer assistance to parents and guardians whose children have difficulties adjusting their sleep schedules and to address problems that may arise in their confidence and wellbeing.

The National Sleep Helpline is available Sunday to Thursday between 7pm and 9pm. They can be reached on 03303 530 541.

Feel free to download a leaflet for their adult help with sleep issues service and child help with sleep issues service to keep handy.
