Self Referral Hub

Physiotherapy is available via the Physio Access Clinic (PAC). This is an assessment and advice service suitable for patients over the age of 16.

The service is aimed at patients who would like assessment for a musculoskeletal problem (such as bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves). Appointments are approximately 20 minutes and must be booked in advance.

There will be options when booking for times and locations for triage, so you may select a convenient location for your appointment.

Paediatric Physiotherapy for patients under the age of 16 can be referred by completing a form and returning it to:

MAT Co-Ordinator
