It is important to add as much information as you can to your request. If you have signed up with an email address, you can add further information by returning to your “Current Requests” page.

We are currently trialling operating hours for the AskMyGP service to make sure as many requests as possible are dealt with. The operating hours are subject to change based on clinical and patient feedback. Please continue to check this website for updates.

Requests are triaged by the clinicians on an ongoing basis. If they judge that your request can be dealt with at a later time, more urgent requests will be dealt with first.
