You can contact us about a medical, administrative or prescription issue by clicking HERE.

Answer a few short questions and we will aim to get back to you on the same day. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during our opening hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday to Friday between the hours of 6pm to 9am. Please telephone NHS 111 Wales on 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.

What is askmyGP?

askmyGP is a convenient online tool for you to contact your GP easily. Simply click the askmyGP image using any device that can access the Internet. Complete a simple registration form and ask a question or ask for advice, you can even select who you want to speak with. You can ask a question for yourself a family member or someone you care for.

Why are we offering askmyGP?

Because we want to streamline the way we operate and give you a faster, more convenient service. You can use the askmyGP service when it's convenient for you, instead of having to call first thing in the morning.

What is the askmyGP Process?

Complete a simple questionnaire to ask a question or seek advice from a member of the practice team. If you are asking for clinical advice you can select the Doctor you usually see or you can select ‘anyone’. We'll direct your request to the most appropriate person in our team and get back to you as soon as possible. 

All requests should be logged by 3.30pm and will aimed to be answered the same working day, all NON urgent requests will be answered within 72 hours.

When we respond you'll get a an email notification, just click the link in the email to open askmyGP and see our response.

How can I register?

To register for this service visit askmyGP, then click 'login to consult my GP', then click 'Sign up as a new user' and follow the instructions.

If you are registering on behalf of a child or someone you care for, you will need to register yourself then the patient and make youself a proxy on behalf of the other person. 

If you have any difficulties, please contact the surgery administration team for assistance. 

AskMyGP Privacy Policy and Data Processing

The AskMyGP service treats your data according to the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act. You can view their privacy policy by visiting the service login page or by clicking here. 

You can also request to view the practice Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy by contacting the surgery, and a copy of our Privacy Notice is available to download.
