The practice operates a full triage system. Your request will be added to AskMyGP for review by our experienced clinicians. Each request is prioritised based on clinical urgency. A member of our practice team will contact you back either to offer an appointment or to give further advice following input by our clinical staff. 

Please note that we cannot give specific times as to when you will be contacted by our GPs or nurses. Please make sure you keep your telephone with you, and you check your emails for messages from AskMyGP.

Call 111 at any time, 24 hours a day. You will speak to NHS professional staff who will help guide you on any medical issue.

Calls from landlines and mobiles cost 2p per minute, this will be in addition to the telephone providers access charge. 111

Answer a few short questions and we will aim to get back to you on the same day. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during our opening hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays.
