If you have had your COVID booster but are experiencing difficulties with travel

If you have had your COVID booster outside of the Swansea Bay Health Board, at a walk in clinic, or opportunistically, your GP cannot update your vaccination status manually.

You need to contact the health board that represents the place where you had the vaccination.

If you attended the Ystradgynlais Welfare Hall in December, you need to contact the Powys Health Board on 01874 711661.

If you were vaccinated overseas, please check the gov.wales website guidelines on acceptable proof of vaccination and contact your nearest mass vaccination centre if you are still awaiting your booster.

The practice is unable to manually input details of a vaccination for the purpose of obtaining a COVID passport or Vaccination Pass.
